This energizing smoothie really helps me to start the day off right. It is so full of nutrients that it keeps me full for hours and is very tasty!
12 oz coconut milk or almond milk
1 banana ( frozen or unfrozen)
2 tbsp ground flax seed
1 cup of your favorite greens
1 tbsp bee pollen
1/2 apple
1 tbsp almond butter
6-8 walnut halves
Blend and enjoy!
